Grant Thornton Isle of Man appoints new Head of Tax

Isle of Man, 17 Oct, 2025 - Grant Thornton Isle of Man has further strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Keith Bull as Head of Tax. The appointment marks a significant step in enhancing the firm’s expertise and broadening the depth of its client services.

Keith began his career with the Grant Thornton in London where he trained across corporate, personal, and employment taxes before qualifying as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 2006. Since then, he has amassed more than 17 years’ senior in-house experience across the global financial services and fintech sectors, including roles with FTSE100 and FTSE250-listed businesses as well as high-growth, entrepreneurial firms.

Throughout his career, Keith has led in-house tax functions, overseen multi-jurisdictional audit and compliance cycles, and advised on complex matters including international structuring, transfer pricing, VAT, employment taxes, and tax authority enquiries. His unique combination of technical expertise and commercial insight positions him to add significant value to both the firm and its clients.

His appointment comes at a critical moment for the Island. With global reforms such as the OECD’s Pillar 2 global minimum tax reshaping the way businesses structure and manage their tax affairs, the demand for high-level, forward-looking advice has never been greater. Keith’s extensive experience in navigating cross-border tax complexity ensures that Grant Thornton is well placed to support clients through these changes while continuing to champion the Isle of Man as an attractive and competitive business location.
