Simon is an audit and advisory partner and the Head of Practice at Grant Thornton's Isle of Man office. He has over 25 years of experience working with financial services clients, as well as clients in the technology and gaming sectors, and advising governments. His expertise spans entities of all sizes, including SEC-, JSE-, and London-listed companies, as well as private vehicles and family offices.
Simon has worked in London, Bermuda, and the Isle of Man, with additional roles in Gibraltar, the Cayman Islands, Jersey, and Guernsey. Before joining Grant Thornton in 2025, Simon was a Senior Partner at a Big Four firm and held regional leadership roles in Insurance, ESG, and other internal leadership functions.
Simon’s experience includes audit and assurance, M&A (buy-side and sell-side), valuation and economic assessments, due diligence, strategy design and implementation (including ESG), and regulatory advice and resolution.
