We manage over 700 manufacturers' serial numbers (MSN) using a process-oriented delivery model – achieved by having strong, comprehensive processes in place with a hierarchy of roles through which lease managers can progress.

Transaction Execution, Compliance and Paralegal

Our team are experienced in range of areas including maintenance of statutory registers, CRO filings, transaction- related corporate approvals, drafting of transactional agreements, incorporation and dissolution of companies in Ireland and the UK and the management of quarterly/ad-hoc board meeting processes.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

We use a purpose-driven approach to ESG in the world’s transition to net zero that assists our clients on financial reporting, investor reporting, climate risk and sustainable finance.
